Job Description

Our client is a System Integrator, and they are looking for the IT Support / Deskside / Helpdesk Engineer to join their team; and focusing in provide supporting services to the client from Commercial / Retail / International Banking / FSI / Construction sector. Please find below details and click "Apply Now" if you think you are suitable for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of provide daily IT related troubleshoot, support and maintenance services to the user including Hardware, Software, Network Security, Server, System, and related issues; including PC / Laptop, Printer, MS Office, Window, Email account, and not limited to Router Switch / Wifi equipment, Server Storage and Firewall
  • Provide daily remote / on-site IT support to the client, and Log / Ticket system management with follow up action with the users
  • Assist in IT related administration and documentation work, including prepare the inventory report and incident report to management review
  • Perform regular hardware and software health check to identify the potential risk or attack; with assist in the follow up action with management to minimize the business affect
  • Involves in IT project implementation; including new installation, set-up / configuration and perform User Acceptance test (UAT)

 

 Requirements:

  • School certificate or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of PC / Hardware / Printers / IT Helpdesk Support or maintenance services related working experience is a plus
  • With Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows and MS Office is must
  • Candidate with passion to develop in IT field with less experience also be considered and on-the-job training will be provided (Fresh graduated are welcomed)
  • Willing to learn with ability in work as a good team player, self-motivated
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
