Job Description


  • Provide full range of sales operation support to business partners from EU/Germany/UK/eCommerce orders;
  • Shipment monitoring and delivery arrangement;
  • Defective claim follow up;
  • Handle the customs/sales enquiries and follow up with related parties.
  • Working Time: 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m Monday to Friday


  • Diploma or above in any discipline;
  • Above 3 years’ experience in customer service or order processing;
  • Experience in handling Distributors and Joint-Venture Partners is an advantage;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel;
  • 100% customer-oriented, very organized and detail-minded;
  • Self-motivated, meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Positive/dynamic mind-set and strong can-do attitude.
