Job Description

To provide high levels of customer service for the clients and customers of Allianz Partners on product and service enquiries received via the service hotline for Travel Insurance, Road Side Assistance and Extended Warranty


  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners via the service hotline.
  • Respond quickly and politely to all inbound calls, client and service partner with the professional service standard at all times.
  • Complete other work as assigned by supervisor.
  • Shift work required.


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of working experience within a call centre environment, experience with Road Side Assistance or Travel Assistance would be highly preferable.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Perfect discipline in attendance and punctuality.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written).
