Tata Consultancy Services is seeking for a Sales Director for the Hong Kong region with demonstrated experience in Insurance Domain and Products. With exciting times ahead, we are confident that our technology and domain offerings, will address the constant demand from our expanding clientele. In order to achieve our goals, we are looking at strengthening our sales function with IT project / tender bids within the Insurance sector, and build the leadership that will take our organization forward.
We are specifically looking for sales professionals, who have a proven track record to managing Insurance clienteles. The scope will include identifying clients, explore prospects and constantly evaluate the customer needs, lead business development activities
and develop new opportunities in existing clients with in IT infrastructure services domain or specialty.

Job Scope/ Responsibilities
· Understand the company’s products and services available in the sector.
· Identify potential clients, explore prospects and evaluate customer needs
· Actively develop new business opportunities through consultative selling, cold calling, networking and social connects
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs, wishes and concerns
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services, and cost effective proposals
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
· Plan and coordinate with pre-sales support consultants for customer meetings and demonstrations
· Sales forecasting & Business development.
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
· Travel required as needed
Desired Skill & Experience
· Proven experience in IT sales roles.
· Strong Insurance domain experience required.
· Proficiency in English and local languages
· Excellent negotiating skills
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and proposals
· Graduate degree, 10+ experience in marketing and sales.
