Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle day-to-day membership services related enquiries by email/letter/fax/ live Chat/ social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, WeChat etc.)
  • Support team members to handle complex and critical enquiries
  • Identify customers’ needs accurately and resolve effectively
  • Address and respond to customers’ feedback in an effective and tactful manner by written communication
  • Work closely with the Manager to develop customer services techniques and problem solving skills
  • Collate and review reports regarding social media mentions, response levels etc. for management analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary graduate or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in airline / travel industry
  • Fluent and strong proficiency in written English and Chinese is a must
  • Excellent business communication and writing skills
  • Online customer servicing experience is an advantage but not a must
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complex enquiries independently
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and results-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Solid customer service experience, experience in managing high-end customers or loyalty services would be a definite advantage Detailed-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Show flexibility and willingness to work shifts/rosters (odd hour schedule)

 

Schedule of work:

10pm to 8am, 9 hours per day (including meal break), 5 days per week

Fresh Graduate will be also considered.
