Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are an established and successful company seeking a confident, reliable, and friendly Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with and satisfying the most important element of our company – OUR CUSTOMERS. In the client services team, you will work closely with Customer Service Manager and other Consultants to set realistic productivity goals and work diligently towards in achieving them. To be successful in this role, you must possess great communication and customer skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •        Provide high-level of customer service through phone calls, live chat and emails;
  •        Handle and follow up with customer enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner;
  •        Forward requests of customers and communicate with the appropriate department if you are unable to assist them adequately with their needs;
  •        Resolve all requests and inquiries from the customers with OCR (one call resolution) in mind;
  •        Meet with Customer Service Manager periodically to discuss performance and set new goals; review cases handled and identify key areas that need to be improved;
  •        Attend training sessions in order to update skill set and knowledge of corporate procedures.

 JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  •        Must be FLUENT in written and spoken in KOREAN (native or topik 6) & ENGLISH, MANDARIN is a plus;
  •        Working experience in online shopping platform, luxury retail industry, hospitality, airlines or call center experience will be a plus;
  •        Fresh graduates are welcomed;
  •        Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  •        Be customer focused and with a luxury mindset and ability to multitask at a timely manner;
  •        A good team playing who is highly self-motivated with ‘Can Do’ attitude;
  •        Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
