Job Description

In this role, you will support the Risk Department in monitoring and managing the operational risk of the Bank. 
Main Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation and control of operational risk
  • To maintain and update the related risk policies and procedures
  • To review and analyze the operational risk management reports submitted by departments / units
  • To prepare the operational risk management reports to the senior management
  • To conduct training, arrange staff awareness program and advise the departments / units on operational risk issues
  • To participate in the projects related to operational risk management
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Degree holder in Risk Management, Law, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines. CFA or FRM is preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in operational risk management or internal control
  • Familiar with banking operations and compliance
  • Sound knowledge of operational risk management, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Good analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
