Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
Generate sales and stock report for E-commerce platform daily, weekly and monthly.
Perform invoice entering, checking, scanning, filing, and distribution
Participate in product management, portfolio management and due diligence process
Liaise with internal departments and external parties for formulation and implementation of business development activities
Handle all aspect of the purchasing document;
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above; education background in marketing/ advertising or related discipline will be an advantage.
Experience in Marketing and eCommerce platform operations is preferable
Self-motivated, independent, hard-working and willing to work under pressure
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Good command of English and Chinese with strong interpersonal
Knowledge of graphical of graphical software
Five-day work week
Immediately available is preferable
