Our Client, is a company incorporated in Hong Kong. The principal activities including real estate, financial services, hospitality, and education businesses. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Head of Institutional Sales to join their team.
- Identify new business opportunities with target clients, including institutional investors, high net-worth individuals, family offices, financial intermediaries, and corporate clients.
- Build client & investor communities via online & offline sales channels, seminars, and events.
- Liaise with internal marketing and communications stakeholders on marketing initiatives as a leverage for sales campaigns and content distribution.
- Prepare for and attend periodic account reviews with clients.
- Proactive in delivering high quality account management services to existing clients.
- Work closely with business units to cross-sell, leverage and maximize collaboration opportunities as well as to build partnerships with related function units to enhance efficiency and execution.
- Participate in the product development process, including initiating product ideas, launching, and promoting products.
- Coordinate with fund house on all business and distribution-related activities for exiting products
- Bachelor of Degree/Master’s in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economic
- Candidate with a SFC license of Type 1,4 and 9 is an asset
- At least 5 years fund sales/fund raising experience in investment management firms
- Market covered Taiwan, Hong Kong and China
- Broad knowledge of multiple asset classes and investment strategies
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Independent with minimal supervision, self-motivated, well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work under tight time schedule with strong sense of responsibility
