Job Description

Work location : Kwun Tong 

Working at our Hong Kong headquarter office, you will become a valuable member of our committed team and contribute in delivering outstanding experience to our customers. You will provide real-time support to team members and Manager. Support Manager in leading, coaching and developing a team to drive customer advocacy.   • Secondary education or above
  • Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Three (3) years of experience in CE/CS and interaction
  • Able to work under high pressure and solve problems / complaints independently
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching and negotiation skills
  • Positive working attitude and able to work with people at all levels
  • Good presentation skill
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office
  • Express/ Logistics background is preferred but not a must
Work Shift:
You will be expected to work 40 hours per week:
  • Monday - Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Occasional duty on Public Holiday might be needed
