Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Review, identify and correct errors of text and format in financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness 
  • Perform quality checks on final products and monitor the QC process
  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries
  • Project management and coordination
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Other responsibilities and special projects as required to support C.S. Team
Job Requirements:

  • Holder of High Diploma/Diploma in English studies, Communications or related disciplines 
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to work under pressure and within strict timeframes 
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Willing to work in shift duty
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as Junior C.S. Executive
