Job Description

  • Oversee & execute strategic sourcing and global vendor management for knitwear business 
  • Identify the product trends and supply the update products development from difference production countries. 
  • Closely liaise with Design Team and Buyers 
  • Vendor sourcing and management, identify the right suppliers
  • Act as the sourcing professional of the categories, provide insights through analyzing about competitors, market and vendors activities.
  • Direct sourcing strategies (e.g. vendor matrix) and explore prospective vendors to support the overall business growth.
  • Deal with vendors on final order negotiation
  • Monitor order progress from preproduction to production including vendors management on capacity assignment and production units
  • Able to respond to market changes and add value to Supply Chain process
  • Negotiation with vendors in result of improved products at better quality and prices
  • Regularly visit production sites and monitor production status.
  • Minimum 5  years’ relevant work experience preferably in  fashions trading/ sourcing companies
  • Solid sourcing & merchandising at management level with ability to balance multiple tasks and develop solution to meet business needs.
  • Diploma / degree holder with proficient written and spoken English
  • Experience in Yarn as well as Sweater casual wear. 
  • Be solution focused, committed, business driven
