(a) To assist in managing and coordinating the administrative and logistical works for the research on Chinese Antiquities for the museum;
(b) To assist in implementing the research work on ' Chinese Antiquities Collection' by collecting information, compilation of collector's research materials, scanning documents and photographs, transcript and proof-reading, arranging meetings and jotting meeting notes, editing and translation of all necessary information in relation to the rescarch project.
(c) To assist in organizing, managing and supervising of events, lectures and workshops, as well as social media activities;
(d) To assist in the promotion and publicity of the programmes;
(e) To assist in the management and research of the museum collections and related projects, and
(f) To perform any ad hoc/ other duties as required
(a) be a permanent resident of the HKSAR;
(b) have a Bachelor's Degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably majoring in Fine Arts, Art Education, Cultural Studies, History or related subjects;
(c) possess Grade 'D'or above in English Language and Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), or equivalent;
(d) speak native Cantonese and fluent English and Putonghua, good command of written Chinese and English;
(e) have at least two years of full-time working experience in art project management of all full-time working experience, preference will be given to a candidate who has worked in museums, galleries or art institutions;
(f) be proficient in MS office applications (incl. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
(g) preferably possess photo editing and elementary video editing skills;
(h) be proficient in using online media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and electronic devices;
(i) be devoted, self-motivated, detail-minded, efficient and with good communication skills.
