Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including, regular monthly payroll & final payment, benefits administration, MPF, medical insurance, tax compliances, leave management, remuneration review and attendance etc.
Manage recruitment, interviews and on-boarding process
Assist in organizing training & people development activities
Update and maintain a proper and systematic filing system on personnel records and documentation
Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years human resources experience
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
Sound knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
Team player, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
Demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Immediately available is preferable
**Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant.
