Job Description


  • Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including, regular monthly payroll & final payment, benefits administration, MPF, medical insurance, tax compliances, leave management, remuneration review and attendance etc.
  • Manage  recruitment, interviews and on-boarding process
  • Assist in organizing training & people development activities
  • Update and maintain a proper and systematic filing system on personnel records and documentation
  • Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years human resources experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Sound knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
  • Team player, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Immediately available is preferable

 **Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant.
