Job Description

Our client is an international and well reputable brokerage firm.  They broker a wide variety of traded products worldwide including stocks, futures, bonds, funds etc.  To cope with their business needs, they are looking for a high caliber to join their team to provide client services in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries and complaints, provide timely and correspondence solution
  • Manage client’s account; educate and support clients to understand trading systems and business model with sufficient product knowledges
  • Work closely with internal parties (e.g. Legal, I.T, Clearing, etc.) and external parties on troubleshooting with clients, ensure smooth and effective operations
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with global clients, advisors and broker-dealers 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Business or related disciplines
  • At least 1-year client servicing experience in financial institution preferred
  • Licensed with SFC for RA type 1, 3, 4 is preferred
  • Independent, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill, willing to work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communications and interpersonal skill
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
