Job Description

Our client – Global financial company, Business Analyst, is now looking for IT Business Analyst join within their team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and problems to develop technology requirements and solutions to address needs of the business
  • Participate in client and project meetings to elicit requirements, propose solutions, diagnose issues, demonstrate technology solutions and improve stakeholder engagement
  • Assist with system implementation work including:
    • Systems Integration/User Acceptance Test systems
    • Impact analysis of implementations at macro and micro levels
    • Prepare Requirements documentation
  • Be a key project member and work effectively and collaboratively with all project teams, carefully managing expectations of internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
  • Strong business analysis skills to elicit, document and communicate technical requirements
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and developers to ensure correct technical requirements are documented
  • Assist with Project Manager activities as required


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder/High Diploma in computer science, mathematics and/or statistics or equivalent
  • Good understanding of Asset Management and MPF
  • Good understanding of middle and back office activities (Operations)
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines
  • Proactive with a positive “can do? attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with MPF operations would be a bonus
  • Communication skills in Mandarin would be a bonus
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in BA role
