Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the Assistant General Manager in administrating and managing company’s Integrated Management System. The primary responsibilities include:
  • Exercise document control over the Integrated Management System Documentation
  • Assist to conduct on-site inspections and quality training
  • Handle enquiries from both internal & external parties related to the quality matters of the company
  • Coordinate with external Certification Body on all certification matters of the company
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience of which 4 years at supervisory level in property / facility management, quality management or related fields
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua preferred
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with sound business sense and detail-oriented
  • Independent, self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure with tight schedules
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Offices and Chinese Input Methods
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
