Job Description

What You Do
  • Conduct project performance analysis and reporting to IT senior management
  • Harmonize IT teams to engage and deliver project initiatives within budget and timeline
  • Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, benefit, risks and issues
  • Monitor the impacts and interdependencies between demands and resources to ensure project delivery efficiency
  • Communicate with business leaders to manage multiple demands, identify and resolve conflicting issues
  • Develop and introduce best practice project delivery approach
  • Drive process improvements and project governance
  • Ensure governance procedures are adhered for all projects throughout their project life cycle
  • Lead and assist with the deployment and use of IT Project Management tools, methodologies and standards within IT Division
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Who Will Thrive
  • Degree holders with at least 5 to 8 years’ work experience in PMO and IT governance
  • Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis experience
  • Previous experience in setting up PMO is an advantage
  • Experience on PM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA) and Data Analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik) is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill
  • Self-manage, proactive, independent, efficient, able to work under pressure in vague and fast growing environment
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer (IT PMO)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
  • Holder of PMP or ScrumMaster certification would be definitely an advantage
