Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Process or verify corporate action instruction raised by shareholders, listed clients and other departments, ensure the data are accurate and fulfill the relevant SLAs
  • Participant in the IPO project to process or verify the data within a tight timeline
  • Implement and perform UATs from time to time
  • Prepare reports and control files to other departments
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Head


  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Min 1 year of experience preferably in banking or financial services industry, candidate with less experience will also be considered
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Proactive, work independently under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and word processing
