- To close leads supported by marketing team and technology team for SME or commercial clients
- To achieve quarterly business sales targets from providing medical, health insurance solutions, and some general insurance products.
- To be entrepreneurial, to be flexible in creating different sales solution and approaches to achieve the optimal results.
- To assist leadership in strategic development, business propositions and projects to achieve business vision and to grow with the organization.
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
- Strong communication skills, leads closing skills, and partnership development skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in group medical, individual health solution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the experience gained in start-up company or Insurtech has added advantages.
- Experience in partnership development have advantage (B2B)
