Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for comprehensive HR services, with special focus on C&B functions and staff relations;
  • Maintain attendance and leave record, personnel files and filing system;
  • Assist in perform payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, bonus / incentives calculation, tax calculation, MPF and so on;
  • Work close and build rapport relationship with section heads in front line level and collect necessary documents & data in an efficient manner;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience, performing payroll functions in F&B or retail industries is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Excel & PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing is a must
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Immediate available is preferred
