Job Description

(Professional Merchandising experience in COOKWARE is a MUST)

The Customer Service Manager is the team leader of Fulfillment team. He/She shall be responsible for leading a team of merchandisers in driving merchandising excellence, strategy implementation, and operations planning.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the interface between the Company and Customers. Has the duty to serve customers and be the direct contact.
  • Support and oversee all workflow and decide how to solve or escalate problems and questions for the CS Team.
  • Support in the delivery of sales targets, products distribution. Ensure that orders are placed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Responsible within the CS Team for shipping on time and smooth operation of all shipping issues.
  • Lead shipping team to carry out the duties of all other tasks than logistics on timely schedule.
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers, customers and logistics companies to maximal customers’ satisfaction on repeat and new orders.
  • Closely work with our Purchasing Team and Quality Assurance Team to smooth the operations and maximal the revenues of the company.
  • Handle key account customers from offers to shipment release


  • Merchandising and Customer Service experiences: Minimum 10 years
  • Professional Working experience in Cookware / Kitchenware products is a MUST
  • Solid experience in sample/product development and pricing
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with overseas buyers and vendors
  • Working experience in buying office will be an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Mature, self-motivated, with organized and analytical mind and team-building ability
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
