Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with clients
  • Be a good representative of the company
  • Create and Handle customers enquiries and requests from different channels
  • Offer prompt, competent and quality customer services and provide prompt solutions to customer
  • Create and enforce strategies to maintain client satisfaction
  • Address customer's feedback/ complaints professionally
  • Manage daily operations
  • Generate sales & manage marketing initiatives
Qualifications: 
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales / Customer Services industry (experience with education industry preferred and given priority for consideration)
  • Bachelor's degree in any subjects from a recognized university
  • Experienced and intuitive to handle clients needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Understand customer relationship management
  • Willingness and ability to solve problems quickly
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Fluent in English or Mandarin /Cantonese, with proficiency in verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge on UK and HK education systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible to multi-task
