About the role:

  • Provide technical support on video conference meeting and events

What this job involves:

  • Support on video conference and audio video related issues and projects
  • Install and repair small facilities matters when required: change lamps, small plumbing and drainage repairs, extend socket outlet, repair minor electrical faults etc.
  • Carry out service request problems solving with client

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

  • High Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology / System or related disciplines
  • 1 year of experience as AV support, preferably in multinational corporations
  • Solid experience in technical and facilities support is an advantage
  • Passionate about latest digital technologies and ability to execute in a timely manner
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
