What Will You Do:
Delivering a high standard of customer care, assisting and advising parents about our many wonderful programmes and theatre shows
Processing registrations for our afterschool, holiday and specialised programmes
Assisting in marketing matters for programme launches and theatre shows
Administrating office matters and managing information in an efficient manner
Working on various project based initiatives including touring theatre, theatre visits, ticketing and more
What Do You Need:
We are looking for a graduate with at least 2 years or equivalent experience in customer service. Fresh graduates will be considered.
At least 2 years previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must
Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese essential. Mandarin would be a benefit
Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) is essential
Additional experience with databases, registration and/or design software, all highly beneficial
Previous teaching experience or familiarity with drama and theatre field is an advantage.

We offer after-school drama classes and other services supporting the performing arts in Hong Kong. Due to continued expansion, exceptional candidates are now invited to join the Faust team.
