- Being responsible for handling Air Export Customer booking acceptance, reports and client-system update efficiently and accurately;
- Keep close contact and coordinate with international clients and local/overseas colleagues via both emails and phone calls with a professional customer service manner;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation in freight forwarding industry with proven record problem-solving;
- Diploma holder or above will be definitely an advantage;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Responsible and self-motivated personalities with excellent communication skills;
- Competent in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-Processing;
- Fresh graduates are also welcome;
- Immediately available is preferable;
- Candidates with more experiences willl be considered for Supervisor position;
- Working Location: ATL, Berth 3, Kwai Chung.
