What Do We Expect Of You?
Stays Current with company and Competitor Products and Services
Communicates competitor strategies, capabilities, and pricing patterns to teach supervisors ways to position company’s products advantageously.
Examines customer shipping data across territories to identify changes in competitor strategies, capabilities, and pricing patterns and communicate these trends to upper management.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to internal stakeholders’ when answering questions and training.
Provides Internal/External Sales Customer Support
Facilitates training of the sales team on new products, sales campaigns, and strategic products or rates to share information on sales solutions and best practices.
Shares customer problems with operations and customer services teams to provide awareness on recurring customer issues.
Manages and communicates sales strategy initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Manages performance measurement tools to determine the achievement of sales goals.
Manages and Develops Others
Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Performance Management, Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities (e.g., training, special assignments, conferences, projects, etc.) to facilitate individual and team development.
Coaches others and provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.
Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS’s policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork.
What Skills Do You Need?
Degree holder, with knowledges in insurance, logistics, jewelry and/or sales and marketing
will be an advantage
10 years solid working experience within the logistics, Insurance or relevant industry and at
least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience is a must
Aggressive, independent, self-motivated and a self-starter
Good interpersonal and strong managerial skill and team collaboration
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
Preferably to have the Paper I & II of IIQA
Candidate with less related working experiences and not having strong people management
skill will be considered as Senior Account Manager
Immediate available would be an advantage
