Job Description

  • Conduct prospective client first-call phone conferences and in-person meetings with the assigned outside sales team. The ability to discuss the TMS system, explain the benefits and capabilities of our team, tools, procedures and staff is key to this role. The goal of this meeting is to introduce our solution offerings and to get the client to agree to value.
  • Present technology and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct client end-user onboarding and plan for the onboard schedule, roles, scope of works and train-the-trainer training.
  • Provide detailed client hand-off to the software and modules for each new client.
  • Own the sales pipeline and associated quota. This includes training of existing client, farming for current client base, and other activities that drive the sale.
  • Work with system development team regularly to reflect the customer needs and expectation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers that further develop our company’s positive reputation through exceptional customer service.
  • Manage workload to organize and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship or similar
  • Passion for technology and working with customers 
  • Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service skills desired 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of regional/virtual teams
  • Basic O365, Jira, Slack programmes usage
  • Understanding of Cloud-based system like: SaaS, PaaS, Cloud Server
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT related inside or outside sales role.
