~ Responssible for providing all-round support on designated Human Resources functions.
including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development,
employee relations and administration.
~ Assist in ad hoc hunman resources report preparation and project support, including but not limited to the darfting of human resources related policies and procedures, guidelines, presentation, report, tec. for management review.
~ Support HR projects as and when required.
~ To Participate in various ad-hoc assignment by supervisor.
~ Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management, Business Administration or related discipline.
~ At least 5 years solid experience in Human Resources related experience.
~ Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
~ Proficient in MS Word , Excel, Outlook , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
~ Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
