Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions
  • Handle recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidates sourcing, CVs screening, interviewing, etc
  • Responsible for payroll calculation and execution (salaries, leave, OT and other compensation calculations)
  • Maintain HR database, tax and MPF filing
  • Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies, work visa renewal & etc

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources/Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid HR experiences, preferably in F&B and retail industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office and Excel, including Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, well-organized with the ability to multi-task, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, independent and a good sense of priorities
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
