Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customers’ inbound call and email enquiries;
  • Assist in client account opening and onboarding process;
  • Provide clerical support to the department;
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
  • Diploma or higher in Business/ Finance/ Commerce or related disciplines; and/or
  • Qualified to register SFC type 1 and/or 2 licensed representative is an advantage;
  • Good command in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Good service mind-set, sound communication skills, responsible, proactive and good team player;
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
