Job Description

Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working and presentation drawings
  • Assist in handling the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents 
  • Assist in tender submission and contract administration
  • Arrange client meetings and site visit
  • Assist the Architectural team for ad hoc assignments
  • Mainly work on minor work project

 Requirements:

  • Master Degree holder in Architecture Studies
  • Having working experience after Master Degree preferred 
  • High achieving, reliable and results driven
  • Resourceful, analytical, organized with an eye for detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
