Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare company looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join their Country Quality team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support, implement and maintain a Country Quality system applying to Good Practice (GxP) and health-regulated activities
  • Assure that a process for management of GxP documents and records is in place and up-to-date at country level for GxP areas
  • Provide support to ensure continuous audit and inspection readiness
  • Provide support to organize and manage information sharing, training sessions or programs related to processes
  • Assist to manage the changes that may impact GxP or health-regulated process or operations by leading multidisciplinary exchanges and action plans when necessary
  • Provide support to ensure that quality risks are properly managed within the country (identification, assessment, control, communication)
  • Manage product complaints received by the country according to guidelines, standards and appropriate tools in force, in connection with the concerned Global Quality functions
  • Provide support to the appropriate functions to defined responsibilities from Regulatory Authorities (e.g. Qualified Person, Regulatory Affairs to manage notification and communication with Regulatory Authorities for product related quality events)

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical related Engineering; Pharmacy is preferable
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in the quality field (Fresh Graduates with internship experience are welcome)
  • Familiar with Department of Health policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint etc
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills, analytical skills and sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
