Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform technical support on network, system, hardware devices, software and application systems
  • Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users
  • Monitor services performance of IT solutions and perform troubleshooting
  • Arrange and monitor routine support jobs; and review event logs and escalate key incidents for management attention
  • Perform daily security tasks, such as reviewing security risk reports and event logs, performing diagnosis and responding to security incidents and breaches, investigating phishing emails and websites, etc. 
  • Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine applicability to resolve business challenges
  • liaise and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and contract consultants
  • mentor and guide teammates on daily operation and on a project basis as assigned
  • Compile reference manuals on workflow and procedures; and prepare reports and business correspondences as required
  • Timely respond and handle urgent business requests/system support during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities including phone and laptop
Requirements
  • Degree holders in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines; MCSE / CCNA would be an advantage
  • minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable firm
  • Working knowledge in IT security operation, preferably with CISSP, CISA, CCSP or CCSK 
  • solid experience in supporting MS Windows and Office applications and desktop hardware
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and task management skills
  • detail-minded, committed to work and able to prioritize effectively
  • Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua required

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Support Officer.

We work 5 days per week.
