Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Account Manager - Corporate Solutions to join our team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and servicing of the designated business portfolio;
  • Manage and provide high quality service to our existing clients;
  • Achieve business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio and new clients;
  • Explore cross selling and penetration opportunities;
  • Optimize client’s global total cost of risk by providing strategic direction, program design and marketing support
  • Leverage own expertise and relationships to deliver solutions
  • Partner with local sales leadership, producers, Account Executives and SAMs on development of new business
  • Promote local sales process and opportunities for clients and prospects including managing revenue pipeline, ensuring inclusion in local sales campaigns.
  • Regularly provide updates with respect to changes in local market (i.e. legislation, trends, etc.) including partnering with communications director to develop risk alerts and other materials as appropriate
  • Identify and escalate areas for process improvement
  • Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in account servicing
  • Excellent communications skills (written and spoken English)
  • Thorough knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues.
  • Proven record of adherence to and delivery of guidelines for sales, service and coordination.
  • Develop unmatched talent and high-performing teams.
  • Collaborative and consultative perspective.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Manager.
