Job Description

The Job

  • Lead the commercial execution of online channels, including product, price and promotions, and accountable for sales and margin of online channels
  • Partner closely with category management teams and eCommerce functions to achieve business objectives
  • Understand customer needs to ensure attractive range offering, while maintaining effective margin and price control
  • Negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to grow the business
  • Lead team members in ensuring smooth front- and back-end execution of product, price and promotion content

The Person

  • University graduate or tertiary education
  • At least 7 years solid category management, trade marketing, or account servicing in FMCG industry, eCommerce experience highly preferred
  • Organized, with people management experience
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • Good analytical skill, well-planned and acute market sense
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency highly valued
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant category manager
