Job Description

  • Formulate strategy and base on local needs to set priority in deploying new apps and other digital solutions initiatives released by WHQ and AP
  • Lead Service Transformation team and IoT team and coordinate with branches to execute the deployment plan
  • Ensure effective implementation by having proper tools and training in place
  • Manage local expectation and formulate change management strategy to drive adoption of apps, IoT and other digital solutions programs
  • Work closely with branches to redesign new business processes to incorporate Service transformation initiatives to improve business and efficiency
  • Confirm process design and work with other departments, when necessary, to make sure compliance with internal policy
  • Define KPI with business leads and keep track on effectiveness of Service Transformation (including but not limited to apps and IoT solution)
  • Analyze the result to understand the areas for improvement and implement enhancement actions
  • Collect user feedbacks and communicate with AP / WHQ on local requirements to make continuous improvement
  • Lay out business requirements and work with IT Department to source vendor to develop local apps.
  • Collaborate with regional and other AP countries to develop and test new ideas/initiatives
  • Prepare short- and long-term budget plan on new initiatives and evaluate business benefits to justify investment
  • Degree holder or above in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services discipline or equivalent
  • 10 years' project implementation experience and leading teams
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to deal with multiple projects at the same time
  • Familiar and understand the difference of various project management methodologies
  • Able to evaluate various project alternatives and determine the best option to implement
  • Innovative and open-minded, and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
