Job Description

Our client, a well-established investment bank to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.


  • Perform and review a full range of company secretarial duties for group companies incorporated in HK, PRC and other offshore jurisdictions;
  • Prepare minutes and attestation documents (both English & Chinese) and liaise with internal and external parties for company secretarial matters;
  • Develop plans for policies improvement
  • Update company’s database system and prepare internal reports; and
  • Participate ad-hoc projects and corporate assignments.


  • Degree holder or Diploma holder in Company Secretarial Studies with associate membership of HKICS / ICSA;
  • Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience gained from financial institutions, professional firms or listed companies;
  • Knowledge of Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong and other offshore jurisdictions, Disclosure of Interests of SFO and HK Listing Rules;
  • proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (fluent in mandarin is preferred).
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
