Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for implementation of the document control strategy and provide consistent service delivery across an entire programme and/or projects.
  • Provide support, guidance and training including training other users in system functionality, processes and procedures and batch uploading.
  • Provide reports to detail the amendments and progression of documentation.
  • Compliance monitoring for the publication of all documents into the chosen document management system, ensuring documents are in the correct format and with the correct status and metadata.
  • Prepare and issue meeting minutes on a regular basis.  Assist in issuance of meeting invites.
  • To maintain appropriate levels of information about documents produced including storage locations, status, owners etc. sufficient for regulatory requirements.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with the client and the teams involved in the provision of services.


  • Managing document control processes and procedures within a corporate real estate project is preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience as a document controller in projects of similar nature and scale.
  • A highly proactive, professional and motivated who is self-directed and can work independently.
  • Team player with excellent organisation skills and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to manage priorities according to the demands of the programme or project environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of document control support.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
