Successful candidate with sound financial sales experience will be considered as Business Development Assistant Manager.
Identify business opportunities and achieve sales of investment and insurance products to affiliate companies and/or existing customers
Maintain frequent client contact ratio to drive new business and maintain renewals
Engage appointments to cross-sell products and close deals
Strong customer service mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Follow the directions and company strategies to drive sales and achieve target.
Update the sales report periodically to keep track of the sales activities
HKCEE pass or DSE with Level 2 or above in the in Chinese, English and Maths subject
Passes in IIQE Examinations Paper 1 /Paper 2 and 3
Prefer more than 1 year sale experience in wealth management products/ insurance products and solid product knowledge
Hardworking, proactive and outgoing attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skill with new face
Self-motivated and work independently
Excellent communications and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written
