This is a strategic leadership role to be engaged in the company’s corporate and marketing strategy development. Depending on the candidate’s experience in strategic corporate branding hierarchy, public affairs and corporate communications, property marketing management, or has been in a senior and regional position specialized in multi-brand/market marketing, public relations, digital or loyalty marketing to plan, maneuver and manage the integrated sales, corporate communications and marketing of the company and/or its regional portfolio in multiple markets.
a) Strategic Planning
Be part of the corporate and regional team to identify, direct and lead differentiating and impactful sales, marketing and communications strategies cross-markets and departments. The candidate should be an effective manager in managing budgets and delivering outstanding qualitative and quantitative results.
b) Corporate and Business Development
As one of the key leaders of the region’s Marketing and Corporate Communications, this role requires thorough understanding of the company’s business and required to working closely with its business and corporate teams directing, developing and executing outstanding, innovative and/or creative, regional and local corporate, business and marketing plans.
c) Branding, Integrated Marketing and Corporate Communications
The candidate must have planning, management and execution experience in branding and/or integrated marketing including but not limited to managing brand identities, marketing plans, omni-channel communications, public and media relations, promotions and events, digital and/or data/loyalty marketing.
d) Other Operational Functions & Communications
Co-managing or co-working with a multi-functional team of corporate and marketing experts, this role is to plan and administer on-going and/or functional marketing and communications operations which may include creative and design developments, news and market intelligence, omni-channels communications management, customer insights and data analytics, tenants’ and partners’ relationship management, inter-departmental communications and functional operations and systems.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experiences with leading roles and proven records of accomplishment in international branding, advertising and/or 360 communications agencies driving full management functions; and/or gained from marketing agencies will have an advantage.
