About the Team

Systems Planning & Development Section (SPD) is responsible for overall system planning of Hong Kong office, EUC/RPA development, PoC for new system solution, and security control. System Security Control Team is mainly responsible for conducting user ID and access authority control, system security monitoring, software license control, database management, firewall management, penetration test and follow up, coordinate assessment for regulatory requirement, support Head office and local system projects and follow up the revision of system security policy, guideline and let related staff to understand them.

Role requirements

  • To implement changes to procedures and systems designed to enhance systems security.
  • To perform system security related duties such as control User ID of each system, monitor unauthorized access / use and conduct User ID registration related operations.
  • To manage, approve and check all database setting of HO systems or EUC systems.
  • To review network equipment and propose the appropriate setting.
  • To be engaged in IT project and security related assessment work.
  • To make application / call memo / instruction sheet and all the necessary reports / documents.
  • To perform checking number of License Control before installation and create control documents.
Essential Functions
  • To always observe compliance of policies and procedures.
  • To monitor and make recommendations for process improvement.

  • Enhances internal and external network and acquires knowledge for executing deals and tasks;
  • Nurtures the performance and potential of juniors by providing regular feedback/guidance.

Work experience, education and skills

  • High Diploma or Associate Degree in computer science or IT;
  • Over 3 years related experience in IT;
  • Familiar with Windows platform administration, MS Office application, DBMS administration (MSSQL, Oracle, etc), networking device and firewall configuration and administration;
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese;
  • Candidate will less experience will be consider as Analyst.
