Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Verify medical vouchers;
  • Contracts setup and accounts handling;
  • Preparing invoices and customer monthly statements;
  • Data entry, scanning, sorting & filing and records maintenance;
  • Maintain good filing of billing documents;
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements & Attributes:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in handling large volume of data entry and contracts & records management preferred;
  • High proficiency in computer skills;
  • Logical, analytical and sensitive to numbers;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication;
  • With higher qualification or more relevant experience will be considered for the post of Officer
