Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in day-to-day food production
  • Support the operations of a specified kitchen section
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • School certificates in vocational training
  • At least 1-year culinary experience in luxury hotels or western restaurants
  • Independent, eager to learn, a good team player with strong communication skills
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
