Job Description

Job Purpose 

This role is to assist the Head of HR to develop, review and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances and HR related functions. Oversight of the day to day general operations of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide human resources service to different business units, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, training, daily HR operations, etc.
  • Act as a strategic partner to provide professional HR advisory service to different business units.
  • Assist Head of HR to identify, develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives.
  • Develop, review and streamline HR policies, processes and practices to ensure effectiveness of the business.
  • Review compensation and benefit practices and implement relevant changes aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with Head of HR to implement annual key HR projects, including but not limited to budget forecast, annual appraisal exercise, salary and benefit review, employee insurance renewal, training and development, succession planning and high potential staff development
  • Work with Head of HR to support the development of an effective employment communication programme to drive the company culture and objectives.
  • Compile periodical HR reports.
  • Keep abreast of all employment related ordinances on a regional basis.
  • Be a change agent and drive change as and when necessary.
  • Perform any duties as deemed necessary by the direct manager.

Job Requirements:   

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years all round HR experience
  • Business aviation is an advantage
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Mature and independent
  • Customer oriented and ability to influence all levels of staff
  • Detail minded and result oriented
  • Caring, positive and personalised style
  • Analytical and good  business acumen
