Job Description

Our Client is seeking a high caliber Officer/ Manager to join their HK Operations Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned MPF scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements
  • Process customers' requests on enrollment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment
  • Handle customers' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects


  • 1 - 3 years related working experience in pensions/ MPF
  • Good communication skills in English & Cantonese
  • Good problem solving skills with client-centric mindset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Access
