Job Description


  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to formulate and implement sales strategies to increase B2B market share of medical aesthetics energy based devices / products
  • Maintain a strong relationship with medical professionals,
  • Propose value-add offerings and business solutions to medical professional / business partners
  • Proactively building a network to identify new business leads
  • Maintain relationship with clients through touch-point strategies (sales calls, networking activities, marketing communications tools etc.)
  • Arrange business meetings with medical professionals / prospective clients
  • Develop and implement various promotional campaigns alongside with Marketing team
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis report


  • University graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Science or medical-related disciplines
  • 8+ years account servicing experience in medical, healthcare, cosmetics or FMCG industry
  • A strong network in medical / doctor sector is highly preferred
  • Outstanding leadership and analytical skills
  • Self-discipline, result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as a Business Development Specialist
