Job Description

Your role

  • Manage payment products/systems planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on all product-related issues ranging from formulating go-to-market planning, product development and enhancement
  • Create product specifications, use cases as well as documentation for the development, explaining the business requirements and offering solutions to business problems
  • Meet with users and management to understand the customer requirements
  • Communicate product strategy and plan to all stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, IT teams and vendors to prioritize and ensure product features are developed as expected
  • Be obsessed with constant improvement, scalability, reusability, and operational excellence based on the feedbacks from partners and customers
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To succeed in this role
  •  Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Business or related discipline
  •  Minimum 4 years of working experience of product management in IT-related industries
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs
  • A broad understanding of digital products (web, e-commerce, payments, digital service, etc.) and the potential capabilities of future technology and the customer solutions it could offer
  • Proven track record of successfully releasing digital products or services and defining new offerings from ideation, to implementation, delivery, launch, and multi-generational releases
  • Practical experience of product management tools and technique
  • Understanding of best practices in UX/UI design
