Our client, a financial institution, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.
- Collect users' requirements from all stakeholders on system enhancements and perform system test during system development
- Perform user acceptance test and assist in preparation of test cases
- Provide necessary training to internal users
- Provide production support to all levels of users
- Handle ad hoc assignment as required
- University degree in any discipline
- Over 3 years of business analysis or operations experience for MPF/ORSO systems
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel application
- Self-motivated, dedicated, independent and be able to work under pressure
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal skills
