- Responsible for the company's business process management, including business process planning, project establishment, review of business process and optimization requirements
- Review the launch of new business process, monitor and evaluate the business process operation and efficiency in support of the company’s business
- Monitor, evaluate and prepare the business process and operation analysis reports and recommendations for management review each month
- Organize and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop the cross-domain integration and business process optimization and execution
- Build and optimize the business process solutions to promote the direction and best practices to transform into a smart workflow
- Supervise and evaluate the daily operation of the business process to identify the areas for improvement across all operation process and drive the implementation of changes to enable the business process to perform to its optimum ability
- Bachelor degree or above with relevant experiences in Data Analytics, business workflow and procedure. Experience in Telecom would be an advantage
- Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing, Order Management, Customer Services and Billing in Telecom business
- Proficient in business process modeling, documentation and customer experience journey
- Understand process management concept, strong in business analysis
- Ability to perform well under high pressure, work independently with a high level of initiative and support multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to identify needs and take initiative are key requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
